This gathering including the lead up and post functions intent is to be honouring to the Mayor, one another, our city, and Jesus in word and deed. Our hope is that this function builds unity and oneness for the city led by the Christian community in a way that respects and serves the Mayor and city. The times of gathering to reflect the informal and relaxed feel of the city.

Any proceeds raised at the gatherings will be awarded to a charity operating in the City of Cessnock as determined by the organising committee. The beneficiary will be announced at the function.

If a speaker is included in the program, they should complement the purpose of the gathering and the theme of the function.

The role of the committee is to outwork the purpose and spirit of intent. The committee thinks and acts in a Kingdom way honouring one another and The Lord

Statement of Faith

We believe in one God,
the Father Almighty,
Creator of heaven and earth,
of all things visible and invisible.

We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ,
the only Son of God,
eternally begotten of the Father,
God from God, Light from Light,

of one Being with the Father.
Through Him all things were made.

For us and for our salvation,
He came down from heaven:

Event Finance Process

• Function to have a budget established by the Organising Committee that is submitted to the Kingdomworks Board. 
• Organising committee to facilitate the event within the budget.
• Kingdomworks to ensure all bills are paid and beneficiary monies transferred in a timely manner.
